Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery

♡PROCESSING TIMES

All of our items are made to order and are hand-crafted by one person only, hence it can take up to 4 weeks for items to be crafted at particularly busy times. Although the majority of orders will be completed in a much shorter time frame. Your patience and understanding whilst I work hard on your products is hugely appreciated.

If you need your items by a certain date, please let me know in your order notes and I will do my best to get them to you in time however I cannot make any promises unless you specifically message me first.

♡SHIPPING

Discreet packaging is used every time, with plain white boxes for ears/tails and pink plastic packets for anything smaller

All international orders have the option to be shipped standard or tracked. Whilst standard is cheaper, Milky Paws do not accept any responsibility for lost or delayed orders from this service and I highly recommend going for the tracked option if your budget allows it. 

However, if you do believe your item is lost, feel free to get in touch via email and I will do my best to track it down for you.
