♡Do you use real animal fur?

No! all the handmade products in the store are completely vegan and cruelty free

♡Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we are happy to ship anywhere in the world, although in some cases customs charges will be necessary when the items arrive in your country. We are not responsible for any customs charges, as they are outside of our control.

♡How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Every single item is the shop is handmade by one person only.

Our processing time for handmade items is usually 10 days, but at particularly busy times this can go up to 4 weeks. This is due to the fact that all the items are made to order, so are made specifically for you. Your patience whilst I work on your orders is hugely appreciated, but if you need to know what stage your order is at, please email me at kirsten@milkypaws.shop

You will get a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been shipped. If you purchased the tracked shipping option, your tracking information will be in this email.

♡Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Most of the time we are more than happy to carry out a custom order for you, but it will depend on how busy the store is at the time. 

For simple and easy personalised items, please use the build-your-own range.
